Know what comes next.

A renovation has many moving parts. Our job is to turn them into a considered sequence—with honest decisions, personal accountability and communication you can rely on.

01

Conversation & site visit

Start with your life, not a sales script.

We meet at the property, listen to what is not working, understand the result you want and look closely at the existing conditions. This is also an honest early conversation about scope, priorities, investment and what may need deeper investigation.

What this phase resolves

Goals and priority alignment

Initial site observations

Early feasibility conversation

Recommended next step

02

Scope, design & pre-construction

Make the decisions that protect the build.

We shape the scope, coordinate architecture or engineering, confirm layouts, materials, fixtures and construction details, and identify the correct permitting authority. The goal is to answer important questions while changes are still practical and affordable, and to make sure the design works for maintenance, lead times, the Pacific Northwest climate and daily use.

What this phase resolves

Defined scope and layout

Trade and consultant coordination

Material and fixture decisions

Budget, permit and schedule strategy

03

Construction

One accountable team throughout the work.

Christian and the foreman coordinate the site, manage subcontractors and trusted specialists, schedule inspections and keep the sequence of work moving. Each trade is chosen for the value it brings to the project. Communication stays direct, decisions are documented and the home is treated with care throughout demolition, build work, installation and final finishes.

What this phase resolves

Site and subcontractor coordination

Progress communication

Permit inspections

Quality review at each phase

04

Completion & walk-through

Finish the details before calling it complete.

We complete the punch list, deliver a clean site and take time to walk the project with you as the homeowner. You receive relevant documentation, including plans, permits and product manuals where applicable, along with a clear point of contact if questions arise after completion.

What this phase resolves

Final quality review

Homeowner walk-through

Punch-list completion

Plans, permits and manuals

Living through a remodel

Even during the work, your home is still your home.

Direct communication

You have a clear point of contact who knows your project and manages communication with the subcontractors.

Respect for the project site

Protection, organization, detailed work, safety and applicable regulations are checked daily throughout the project.

Clear decisions

Options, trade-offs and recommended methods are explained before questions become urgent or create avoidable problems.

Quality beneath the finish

Structure, waterproofing and concealed construction details are inspected and completed with the same care as the visible finishes.
