This notice explains how Ideal Construction & Renovation uses information you choose to provide when asking about a project.

Information you provide
A project inquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, timing preferences and the details you choose to share about your home or proposed work. Please do not send access codes, financial account information, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through the website form.
How Ideal uses it
Ideal Construction & Renovation uses inquiry information to review the proposed project, respond to you, arrange conversations or appointments, prepare requested project information and maintain ordinary business records. Submitting an inquiry does not create a construction contract or guarantee that Ideal will accept the project.
Email and form delivery
The website form prepares an email in your own email application. The information is not sent to Ideal until you review and send that email. Your email provider will process the message under its own terms and privacy practices.
Text-message choice
You may separately choose to receive project-related text messages at the number you provide. This consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving an estimate. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Limited sharing and retention
Ideal does not sell project-inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers who support normal business operations, or with project professionals and trade partners when reasonably needed to evaluate or perform requested work. Ideal may retain correspondence and project records for business, legal, insurance and recordkeeping purposes.
Questions or requests
To ask about your information, correct it or request that unnecessary inquiry information be deleted, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, contractual, insurance or legitimate business purposes.
