Building homes for the families who would live in them.

Before Ideal, Christian worked as a construction site supervisor building Habitat homes in Grand Rapids. He coordinated the day-to-day work from excavation and foundations through framing, systems, finishes and completion.

That experience made one point permanent: a house is never just a structure. It must protect the people who live there, support family life and be built with care even when the finished surface will hide the work.

The same responsibility carries into Ideal today. We treat each home, family and decision with respect because safe work, community care and doing the right thing are all part of the same job.
